An entrance ticket for children under 10 years old costs €27.00 at the door during high season and

Swimming with dolphins at Zoomarine Algarve

One of the most special experiences you can have at Zoomarine Algarve is swimming with dolphins. This experience, called Dolphin Emotions , gives you the chance to meet these beautiful animals up close and interact with them in a safe and controlled environment. Although swimming with dolphins is not included in the normal ticket price, it is a very fun experience, especially for children.

Swimming with dolphins is guided by experienced trainers and includes an educational program to teach you more about the life and behavior of these beautiful creatures. There are three options for swimming with dolphins:

Dolphin Emotions Encounter – aimed at participants from 6 years old where you stay in shallow water. This experience lasts approximately 60 minutes, of which 20 minutes in the water. The maximum group size is 10 people and the price is between €125 and €157 depending on the season and whether you book online in advance.
Dolphin Emotions Premium – Suitable for participants from 8 years old where you go a little deeper into the water. You must be able to swim for this experience and it lasts approximately 90 minutes, of which 35 minutes in the water. The maximum group size is 12 people and the costs are from €155 to €175 per person depending on the season and whether you book online in advance.
Dolphin Emotions Exclusive – This is a private session for participants aged 8 and over that lasts approximately 90 minutes, of which you will spend approximately half of the time in the water. The cost is €872 for two people when purchasing a ticket online. Additional participants can be booked for €198 pp

The Zoomarine Algarve has different opening hours during the season. As a rule of thumb, the park always opens at 10:00 and closes at 17:00 at the earliest. However, the closing time varies. The exact opening and closing times can be found in the image below:
